I turned on the evening news

I was glued to my tv and it looked like he looked at me and said

Today I heard this song..."Dont Blink" by Kenny Chesney. Not sure how my radio made it to country..Lord knows..it hasnt wandered there much lately. This song really touched me. It made me think of Luke and Jayden. It had me think of my family and friends that arent near.

I need to stop wondering on what tommorrow might bring..and just take in today. I need to try and embrace the unknown when at times im scared to. Just realize how lucky I really am..how loved I am and how much love I have to give to others. I know its not gonna change the world or anything..but it will change mine. In the end..I suppose thats really all that matters.

Today, Luke, jayden and I took a walk. I love just hanging out with both of them..it really doesnt matter what we do. They somehow even make folding laundry even fun for me. Thats how I know I will love them both always and forever <3

anyways..listen to the song, and i challenge everyone who hears it to really take it to heart. Embrace those you love and hold them close. The petty things come and go..but time is more precious than you realize :)
